These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and winlah governing your access to and use of the winlah platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
winlah services are available exclusively to individuals aged 21 years and above. By registering or using the platform, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Each user may hold only one winlah account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
All promotional bonuses at winlah are subject to specified wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
All deposits and withdrawals at winlah must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will trigger account review.
winlah does not knowingly provide services to users in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited. It is the user's responsibility to verify local laws before registering.
winlah reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice, and to withhold any winnings derived from prohibited activity.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the winlah platform (hereinafter "the Platform", "winlah", or "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the winlah Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and winlah ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Access to the winlah Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. winlah reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age eligibility cannot be verified to the Company's satisfaction.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) winlah Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close such accounts and to void any associated transactions, bonuses, and winnings.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and any other details requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current. winlah is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the winlah Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. winlah does not represent or warrant that the Service is appropriate or legally available for use in any particular location. By using the Platform, you confirm that doing so is not in violation of any law or regulation applicable to you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winlah login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify winlah immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
winlah will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from winlah and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the Company immediately. You acknowledge that any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are authenticated will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified winlah of a security breach.
winlah accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and credit/debit card, subject to method availability at the time of transaction. All payment methods used must be registered in the Account holder's own name. winlah reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time.
All transactions on the winlah Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a payment method processes in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fees are the User's responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed by winlah during normal operating hours. The Company targets processing times of under 30 minutes for the majority of withdrawal requests. Actual settlement times may vary depending on the payment method and the User's financial institution. winlah reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending identity verification, fraud checks, or bonus wagering requirement compliance reviews.
winlah is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership) from any User at any time. Accounts and associated funds may be frozen pending satisfactory completion of such verification. Where AML concerns cannot be satisfactorily resolved, winlah reserves the right to report relevant information to appropriate authorities as required by law.

Unauthorised use of winlah intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
winlah collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at winlah.win/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy. winlah is committed to protecting User data and employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to safeguard information in transit and at rest.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winlah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. winlah's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The winlah Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winlah makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content therein.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the winlah Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
